William chuckled again and motioned to their general, Ser Samuel Tarly, the big summer islander with Heartsong at his hip. "Tarly might have somethin' to say about that."

"Izir be right," William said, both amused and fascinated with the man's fashion of speaking. "He is a famous swordsman in my homeland."

"Izir hears not of famous swordsmen, but of men killing one another over and over. Izir is fascinated by your ways, and wishes to help kill as many men for as much money as can be had. Izir is good at killing men for money. Just ask Izir's mother."

"Do you have a family?" Ser William asked curiously. A man who had joined their band earlier in the day had also brought three strong sons into the company with him.

"Izir has only his mother." Izir professed, tapping his sword then. "And Emerasda here."

"A fine name," Ser William declared, before ordering another round of ales for the two of them. "Have you ever seen a dragon?" he then asked curiously, knowing that Izir lived in Tyrosh, which was ruled by the Targaryens.

"Izir has only viewed the human dragons. Once Izir thought he saw a dragon when Izir was a boy. Unfortunately, it was Izir's mother, breathing fire because Izir did not clean up his room."

Ser William laughed loudly and clapped the man on the back. "You and I will kill many men together, Izir."

"I never introduced myself properly," he said. "I am Ser William Royce of the Vale in the sunset kingdoms, cousin to a very powerful man there. That is why I have set out for adventure. I wish to forge my own name and glory."

"Izir Feloos" The man said, procuring a hand forward. "From the many corners of the world. Izir had many homes."

"Have you ever been to the Summer Isles?" William asked curiously, knowing that their general, Lord Tarly, was half summer islander.
