8) Character Personal History: Ser Lyonel was born the second son of Lord Everin Tully and Marei Baratheon, and grew acquainted to always being the second thing on his father’s mind, even if Lord Tully tried not to show it. He became fascinated with horses and archery as a child, and as he got older studied them with much scrutiny. He soon developed a knack for all things scouting, from horse riding and archery to skirmishing and outriding. However, like any other child he was taught to know the sword like you know your arm. He excelled best at sword fighting, and even developed the talent of wielding two swords at once, helping earn him the name Twinfish as well as for his personal sigil bearing two fish. He squired with Lord Blackwood at a young age along with Kayce Kenning, which helped develop a friendship between the two.
After his brother Marq was killed Lyonel developed a hate for Dornish, as well as for politics. He reluctantly accepted Regentship of the Riverlands since it was his duty as the late Lord’s brother.
9) Character Physical Description: Ser Lyonel stands at around 6 foot with wide shoulders and is a thickly built man, although not bulky. He has the auburn hair the Tully’s share, and it generally goes slightly past his ears to his neck. He has a small beard that is trimmed neatly against his chin. He generally wears chainmail with his personal arms over it. His personal arms are the same as the House Tully arms except with two fish side by side, one white and one black. It represents the fact he is the second son of Lord Tully, as well as the fact that he wields two swords in battle. Both are at his waist, considered shortswords in only the fact they are smaller than longswords. They are both 36” long, weighing close to 3 lbs each. Both had the color forged into the metal itself, one of them the Tully blue and the other the Tully mud red.
10) Character Reputation: Ser Lyonel is known in the Riverlands as a very capable swordsman and a very experienced scout and outrider, as well as an all around likable man that most bannerlords are happy to be with.
