Honor System: The Honor System will only apply to the Head of each House. This system will be used to decide whether bannermen, or overlords, loan you money, muster troops, gives you a daughter for marriage, rebel, or anything else the admin deems necessary.
Rolls: The admin will roll out of 50 and add on your honor score.
Troop Mustering/ Loan Rules
<-50: Bannerman/Overlord does the very opposite of what you ask. (Ex. If asked to raise men to fight they will rebel)
-50-0: Bannerman/Overlord will demand massive payments for fulfillment of request
1-10: Refuses request
11-20: Half-fulfills request
20-75: Fulfills request
76-90: Fulfills request, and then some. (Ex. Musters more men than asked and pays for the extra men themselves.)
>90: Fulfills request for free (Ex. You will not be charged for the troops they raise)
Things like marriage will be rolled on a different scale.
Honor Points:
Evil: -80
Horrendous: -70
Atrocious: -60
Frightful: -50
Horrible: -40
Terrible: -30
Awful: -20
Bad: -10
Neutral: 0
Fair: 10
Decent: 20
Respectable: 30
Good: 40
Honorable: 50
Amazing: 60
Great: 70
Virtuous: 80
Increasing/Decreasing Honor Points: Honor increases will not be gained for each battle, duel, good deed, or even war. The Head of the House must do something truly outstanding or horrible to change it. Examples would be paying, in full, for the rebuilding of your regions fleet, rescuing a bannerman from enemies and gaining revenge, or for decreases slaughtering a town, murdering a noble, rebelling, torturing people publicly, etc.
* Another way to gain an advantage is bribery. Promising a bannerman, of your region or another region, land, money, or anything, can gain you a bonus for that roll.
