"Your Grace"-Syrio said and bowed-"I have a question. Myr is a great city and it would be a misfortune to lose it. If you give the city to the magisters when you leave it it will be lost. Jonarth smiled and greeted the man, then listened to his words. "You are a loyal man with much potential, Syrio, I have no doubt, but I have not yet chosen the man to lead Myr when I return to my throne. But I can promise you that the leadership will not fall back to the Magisters."

"But you see my king the union of Braavos and Myr will grow even stronger if I rule Myr and my brother rules Braavos. The union of commerce and polithics will be unbreakable."-said Syrio-"I am competent enough to rule Myr and you will need other lords to rule other free cities when they are taken. Your Grace, I am begging you"-Syrio knelt

Jonarth smiled. "Arise, good man. There are many men beyond count who are qualified for this honor, and none more loyal than you, but I have not made my decision yet. You shall be know when I do."
